Philipp Otto is founder and director of the think tank iRights.Lab (www.irights-lab.de) and one of the leading digitalization experts in Germany. He is also head of the Innovation Office of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and various other network projects and initiatives. His work focuses on the strategic development of structures, concepts and models to quickly and constructively address challenges posed by digitalization and the internet for policymakers and public and private institutions.

He has worked on digital policy issues for over 15 years and is the author of numerous publications, a frequent expert in hearings, and enjoys the dawn.
