Nabila Horakhsh, has a Bachelor degree in Dari literature from Kabul university. After graduation in 2011 she has been working with Afghan media outlets, e.g. Saba TV. Nabila also has been involved in the implementation of the Afghanistan related part at the dOCUMENTA 13 for the Goethe Institute Kabul.

Since 2013 she is working as an ecology journalist with the national daily newspaper 8am. The weekly environment page in 8am is supported by the Heinrich Boell Stiftung, Afghanistan.
