Luma Ramos
Development Economist

Luma Ramos is a Post-doctoral Researcher with the Global Economic Governance Initiative at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. She is a development economist, holding a Ph.D. in macroeconomics and monetary theory from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has over seven years of experience researching development financial institutions for policy think tanks and international organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean. Her recent works discuss global financial architecture and innovative financial instruments to fund sustainable infrastructure in Latin America.
