The Heinrich Böll archive is based in Cologne. It is a documentation and information centre on the life and works of Heinrich Böll. In collaboration with the historical archive of the city of Cologne and representatives of the estate of Heinrich Böll it collects and archives all works of Heinrich Böll as well as all publications on him. Since 2002 the archive has co-edited the 27 volume critical edition of the complete works of Heinrich Böll.
